Council 8419 of the Knights of Columbus held a sock hop at the St. Rita Catholic Church Parish Center on Saturday, Oct. 15 with dancing, food, fun and plenty of reminiscing. Vintage cars were displayed outside, and many people dug out 1950s and 1960s clothing to join in and dance the night away. On Saturday, Dec. 17, the Knights of Columbus will be holding its annual bike program to deliver bicycles to in the Glades. To donate, call (561) 846-1821.
