Okeeheelee’s Mary-Lee Cobick On Inaugural List Of The 50 Best LPGA Teachers

The Ladies Professional Golf Association Teaching and Club Professionals membership recently announced the launch of a new annual recognition. The LPGA Teaching and Club Professionals’ Top 50 LPGA Teachers is presented in partnership with Women’s Golf Journal.

“The LPGA is excited to partner with Women’s Golf Journal on this annual recognition,” LPGA Chief Teaching Officer Nancy Henderson said. “More than 70 percent of our members teach the game of golf for a living, and they are dedicated to the advancement of golf through teaching golfers of all ages and abilities to enjoy the game of golf.”

Okeeheelee Golf Course head golf professional and owner of Golf Professional Services Inc. Mary-Lee Cobick was recognized as one of the LPGA Top 50 Best Teachers.

Cobick has been an active member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professionals since 1998.

In 2016, Cobick was recognized as LPGA National Professional of the Year. Cobick is also the president of the Junior Golf Foundation of America.

“I am honored to be part of this elite group of golf professionals and thank the LPGA and Women’s Golf Journal for this recognition,” Cobick said.
