The Wellington Equestrian Group, a circle of like-minded friends from the equestrian industry who band together annually to bring the spirit of Christmas to disadvantaged children and their families, hosted a Christmas party for 600 children and parents from the Caridad Center on Dec. 9 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. The families enjoyed a festive lunch donated by Cilantro’s Deli, music, a magician, face painting, a gift raffle, meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, and the distribution of gifts and bicycles from each family member’s personal wish list.
