WES Kindergarten Students Plant A Special Garden

Last week, a special garden was created in Jennifer Allen’s kindergarten class at Wellington Elementary School. Each student in Allen’s class made a “Good Manners Flower” that had special words on each petal. Students learned about what to say and do to be polite. The students gave examples and non-examples of each expression. The students were proud to label each petal and explain to the class what it meant. At the end of the day, a beautiful and colorful garden was made. Shown above is Allen’s kindergarten class with their flowers.
