The Emerald Cove Middle School STEM class is back up and running again with test plants for the NASA space station to “grow beyond Earth.” Last year, the STEM class used the purple glow light to grow plants. This year, it is a different lighting system, but the experiment is still the same. Students are growing a variety of lettuce, choy and mizuna seeds to test.
