The Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation is now accepting nominations for the prestigious Women In Leadership Awards (WILA).
On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 the award will be given to exemplary women in Palm Beach County who have demonstrated extraordinary achievements and leadership in the nonprofit, private, public and volunteer sectors.
The program recognizes women with outstanding credentials and accomplishments that display generosity of spirit, a commitment to integrity and diversity, and a genuine connectedness with others. One award will be presented in each of the following four categories:
Nonprofit Sector: A woman in a leadership role who works for a nonprofit organization and has demonstrated excellence in her career or profession.
Private Sector: A woman in a leadership role who works for a for-profit business organization and has demonstrated excellence in her career or profession.
Public Sector: A woman in a leadership role who works for a municipal, county, state or federal government agency and has demonstrated excellence in her career or profession.
Volunteer Sector: A woman in a leadership role who volunteers her time to make and has made a significant difference in Palm Beach County.
All nominations must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2019. Nomination information can be found at www.ewpb.org.
