American Legion Post Commander and District 11 Commander John Castro recently presented American Legion Post 390’s Jim Napuli and Dennis Masch with the American Legion Department of Florida’s Certificate of Service for serving the American Legion with distinction and high honor, which contributed to the betterment of the community, the state and the nation.
