The Women of the Western Communities will host its monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Wellington National Golf Club. Check-in and cocktails will be available starting at 6 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. The guest fee is $35.
The group will take part in its annual charitable activity of making tie/knot fleece blankets that are provided to the children at Harmony House. The donation for the month will be non-perishable Thanksgiving-themed food items to prepare Thanksgiving food baskets for families.
