On the evening of Friday, Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day, Oasis Church is offering parents of children with special needs an evening out by themselves for three hours from 6 to 9 p.m. The church will care for special needs children and siblings for free. Using a one-on-one buddy system, the church will provide a structured time with dinner, games, a movie, crafts and a sensory room. Parents must register their child online at www.oasisfl.org/respitecare by Feb. 1. Space is limited to 10 children age 5 and above with special needs, along with their siblings.
