If you have recently lost a loved one, the holidays can be a difficult time. To help you get through it in a healthy way, Community of Hope Church offers a Grief Support Seminar to help you know what to expect and how to prepare yourself and manage relationships and expectations in this season.
This seminar is free and open to all. This seminar will be held on Monday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. at COH West in Loxahatchee, and on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. at COH East at 2341 S. Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
