Local Eagle Scout Noah Borges of Boy Scout Troop 222 recently unveiled a new flag retirement box at Royal Palm Beach Veterans Park. A ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local officials was held Tuesday, March 23 to welcome this new addition to the park. Borges has been invited to speak about his project at the Thursday, April 1 meeting of the Royal Palm Beach Village Council.
