The Wellington Garden Club celebrated 40 years as a member of the National Garden Clubs on Monday, Dec. 6 at the Wanderers Club. Several past presidents of the club were in attendance. Attendees were asked to bring an unwrapped gift for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots toy drive. Vice Mayor John McGovern served as master of ceremonies for a program that noted the many great things that the club has done for the Wellington community.
