The Terraces will feature three floorplans from Minto’s new Courtyard Collection with prices starting in the mid-$300s. Sales are expected to begin later this month. The Terraces is ideally located near the Westlake Fitness Trail with 109 townhomes in Phase 1. Several of the townhomes will feature views of the adjacent lake. The Courtyard Collection will offer 3 to 4 bedrooms, ranging from 1,536 to 1,786 square feet under air. All homes will have a two-car garage and an entry-covered lanai.
