Nervous about public speaking? The Wellington Toastmasters Club is here to help.
Toastmasters is a nonprofit international educational organization that operates clubs locally and worldwide. The members meet regularly to prepare and deliver speeches, respond to impromptu questions, and give and receive constructive feedback.
The Wellington Toastmasters Club provides a supportive space for members to build communication and leadership skills, boosting confidence and fostering personal growth. Guests are welcome to attend, whether they want to participate or just observe. Membership is open to those 18 years and older.
The club is currently holding a membership drive, which runs through Sept. 30. If you join during the membership drive, the application fee will be waived.
Join Wellington Toastmasters on Monday evenings from 6:55 to 8 p.m. and start your journey to greatness today. For more information, including meeting locations, visit http://wellington.toastmastersclubs.org, or contact President Sonia Garate at (561) 460-2179 to arrange a visit.
