The Binks Forest Elementary School PTA held its annual carnival at the Wellington school on Saturday, Feb. 15. The carnival is the school’s largest fundraising event of the year. Hundreds of students and parents turned out to enjoy the food, refreshments, vendors and activities. The many bounce houses on hand were a favorite among the children. Students put on a number of special performances, and dozens of creative baskets were available to win in the raffle.
