Wellington Regional Medical Center held a “Call of the Quarter” celebration Thursday, April 17 to honor the Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue team and the WRMC care team that helped save the life of cardiac patient Lorraine Renz. The event reunited Renz with emergency responders and hospital physicians. When Renz was experiencing severe chest pain, a STEMI alert was initiated, and the patient was swiftly transported to WRMC, resulting in a positive outcome. PHOTOS BY MARGARET HUNT
