New Horizons Elementary School stands out by holding the distinction of being an International Spanish Academy. Parents of incoming kindergarten students are invited to an open house on Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Interested parents will hear about the Dual Language program, where student learn half the day in English and half the day in Spanish.
