The Wellington Rotary Club held a wine pairing dinner fundraiser Sunday, July 22 at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Royal Palm Beach. More than 75 people showed up to support Rotary’s effort and raise more than $4,000 for benevolent giving projects. The evening featured a four-course dinner with paired wines, after-dinner cordials and a live auction. According to the club, host Brian Jacobsen of Carrabba’s was most gracious, and most attendees were ready to schedule a follow-up dinner.
