Palm Beach Central High School physics teacher Stuart Greydanus recently received the 2013 MIT Inspirational Teacher of the Year Award. The award was given by Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the MIT Alumni Club of Palm Beach. Greydanus was nominated by former student Justin Martinez, now an MIT student. The annual award recognizes teachers who inspire and motivate students to achieve excellence. “The three years I spent as a student in Mr. Greydanus’ class were truly life changing,” Martinez said.
