The Village of Royal Palm Beach will kick off its new aerobics program with an open house Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Royal Palm Beach Recreation Center from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The open house will feature demonstrations of the classes performed by certified group instructors. Aerobics is a great way to meet friends and get fit at the same time, and different styles of fitness classes will be offered. The classes are open to both men and women.
