Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue celebrated its membership in the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 1 at Petsmart in Royal Palm Beach. Lisa and Ron Timm presented the group with a check in memory of their daughter Jessica. There were also plenty of puppies and dogs available for adoption. The rescue group will hold adoptions at the store every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
