Royal Palm Beach Parks & Recreation Director Lou Recchio, shown here with Mayor Matty Mattioli, received his 20-year employment award at the Royal Palm Beach Village Council meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7. Recchio started as a program supervisor in 1993 and was promoted to assistant parks and recreation director in 1995, moving up to the director’s job in 1997.
