The 2014 Radish Festival will arrive at the Wellington Green Market on Saturday, Feb. 15.
Attendees can learn about the spicy, pungent and nutritious red, black or white radish. Palm Beach County-grown radishes are high in vitamin C and loaded with antioxidants, fiber, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and more.
Local chefs will be preparing artisan, creative dishes made with local radishes for sampling.
The Wellington Green Market takes place Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wellington Municipal Complex (10300 W. Forest Hill Blvd.). Call (561) 283-5856 for more info.
