The Caribbean-Americans for Community Involvement (CAFCI) held its 23rd annual Student Assistance Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 16 at the Village Golf Club in Royal Palm Beach. The theme this year was “Building Now for the Future,” and scholarships were presented to seven students. The CAFCI Scholarship awards are based on academic achievement, an application and essay, grades, community service and financial need.
