Women of the Western Communities met Thursday, Jan. 4 at the Wanderers Club in Wellington. Guest speakers Jessica McKinney and Donna Carbone spoke about rape awareness. McKinney is a rape survivor, while Carbone is the author of Through Thick and Thin and Silk Suits/Stone Heart. Guests brought canned foods for the Harmony House food pantry.
