On Saturday June 9, the Western Communities Football League hosted a free Heads Up Clinic at Wellington’s Village Park on Pierson Road. The clinic was to help the football players learn proper safety protocols while on the field. Coaches taught the players how to keep their heads up so that they know how to avoid getting a concussion. Registration is underway for the fall season. Learn more at www.wcflfootball.com.
