Patty Shukla, a nationally known children’s singer, songwriter and performer, recently visited Wellington Elementary School’s pre-K classes. This interactive, engaging show brought the children to their feet dancing.
Most of the children were familiar with Shukla’s songs because they dance with them during their music and movement time and are engaged with them during learning time. Shukla has been visiting the school for the last several years.
The children were excited to see her in person and were fascinated by her. At the end of the performance, Shukla presented her donation of 20 caps and gowns for Cathy Eckstein’s VPK class.
