On Saturday, Feb. 22, the Wellington Garden Club held a fundraising document shredding event in the parking lot at the Wellington Municipal Complex. For a donation, the club was able to provide secure and safe shredding, in cooperation with Total Shredding. All proceeds from the fundraising event will support the club’s charitable contributions for environmental school and camp scholarships, Habitat for Humanity, community beautification projects and junior garden clubs in and around the Wellington area.
