Wellington American Legion Post 390 held a holiday meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Wellington Community Center. Attending the meeting were members of the Palm Beach Patriotic Quilters Quilts of Valor Foundation, who presented handmade quilts to several of the veterans. Veterans who went on the recent Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., were also recognized.
