The Wellington Historical Society presented “A History of Equestrian Life in Wellington” with featured speaker Tim Gannon at its Lunch & Learn event on Wednesday, Jan. 18 in the Mallet Grille at the National Polo Center. Best known as the co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, Gannon has been a fixture in Wellington’s polo community for decades.
