Tracy Bartow celebrated her daughter Kaylee’s first birthday Tuesday, as well as a one-year reunion with staff at Wellington Regional Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Kaylee, who turned 1 on Easter Sunday, spent 16 days in the hospital’s NICU when Tracy delivered early.
