TKA Students Enjoy Bash At The Rapids

Recently, 150 seventh- and eighth-grade students from the King’s Academy West Palm Beach and Clewiston campuses met at Rapids Water Park for the annual Junior High Bash.

TKA hosts the Junior High Bash at the beginning of each school year to build community among the junior high students, and they had an amazing time of fellowship and fun while enjoying exclusive use of the park with access to all the attractions. It was a great way for students from different campuses to meet and build friendships.

When they returned to school, the students were welcomed by some of the Senior Prefect Council members who had Chick-Fil-A meals ready for dinner. Prefect Jacob Percy also gave them a spiritual charge on working hard in every aspect of their life.

After dinner, many students walked to Kahlert Stadium to cheer on the varsity football team in its Kickoff Classic against the Benjamin School. The students had a wonderful time despite periods of rain and lightning.
