Loxahatchee Groves Town Manager Bill Underwood was the 2018 recipient of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented at a conference in Orlando on Tuesday, June 19. Underwood has been an active member and contributor to the FGFOA for 38 years, serving as a past president. The award commemorates his years of service and commitment to excellence in government.
