Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County will celebrate the third anniversary of the Greenacres ReStore on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This special celebration will include food trucks, live music and special discounts throughout the store, including a special “spin the discount wheel” for additional savings. The store is located at 4639 Lake Worth Road.
The Habitat ReStores have something for everyone. Though the inventory depends on what donations are received, shoppers can generally expect to find new and used appliances, furniture and building materials.
The money raised through the Habitat ReStore is used to help Habitat for Humanity make sure everyone has a decent and affordable place to call home. “We are very thankful for our donors, shoppers and volunteers who have helped families in the community realize the dream of homeownership,” said Bernie Godek, CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County. “As we enter another year of the Habitat ReStore in Greenacres, we are happy to celebrate all those in our community who assist us with our mission.”
