The November speaker is Pamela Leonard, CEO and founder of Simply Positive Lifestyle. The topic of the November meeting is “Outsmart Insomnia.” Leonard is a certified integrative nutrition health specialist and professional speaker. She will share three expert secrets to turn life-sucking sleepless nights into dreamy deep slumber.
