Wellington invites residents to take part in another community conversation to engage in a dialogue on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The goal is to bring the community together to gain insights on best practices and share personal experiences.
The conversation will take place via the Zoom platform on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event is free and open to all village residents, but seating is limited to allow for maximum participation. Attendees must register at www.wellingtonfl.gov/communityconversation. Additional dates may be scheduled depending upon interest.
Senior Diversity Executive & Leadership consultant K. Michael Slater, Wellington’s Human Resources Director Kim Gibbons and Deputy Village Manager Jim Barnes will facilitate the conversation.
