The Wellington Wrestling Club brought four members to the Florida Amateur Wrestling Association (FAWA) state championships last weekend and all of them were able to place in the top four in their respective divisions. Leading the way and earning state titles were Bryson Tabors (8U, 45 pounds) and Mac Andrews (14U, 160 pounds). Also placing for Wellington were Jacob Pellecer (14U, 114 pounds) and James Kosza (16U, 132 pounds). The Wellington Wrestling Club begins its spring session next week and practices at Village Park in Wellington.
