Prior to Thanksgiving break, students at the Renaissance Charter School at Wellington conducted an all-school Thanksgiving food drive. In coordination and cooperation with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, students donated an astounding amount of non-perishable food items. The PBSO delivered 29 crates filled with food to local families in need this Thanksgiving. This has become an annual event at the school, and one of the many community outreach projects that the “Noble Knights” have committed to implementing.
