The Village of Wellington hosted a free “Breakfast on the Green” to kick off its celebration of the 20th anniversary of the village’s incorporation on Thursday, Dec. 31 at the Wellington Amphitheater. On Dec. 31, 1995 — 20 years ago — Wellington formally became an incorporated community. In celebration, the village is planning a series of special events.
