Brown said that he decided to open Kool Runnings Ice Cream Café during one of his regular visits to the park. “While observing all the activities, we realized there was nothing to foster family time, outside of planned events,” he said. “We wanted to create a place where families can enjoy and create memories that would last a lifetime.”
