The Acreage Landowners’ Association will join with the Solid Gold Twirlers during this month’s Acreage Community Park music jam in an effort to help the group raise money to attend their world championship competition.
The music jam will take place Saturday, July 20 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Acreage Community Park (6701 140th Avenue North).
The event is hosted by the Acreage Landowners’ Association and the Indian Trail Improvement District. It features musicians, comedians and other artists of all ages, styles and skill levels. Food trucks and vendors will be onsite.
This month will feature entertainment from the Solid Gold Twirlers.
Organizers invite the public to enjoy an evening of diverse entertainment as the Solid Gold Twirlers light the night with their exciting, fire-twirling routine.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle to help the Solid Gold Twirlers with funding for their world championship opportunity. Bring seating; glass containers are not allowed.
This event is fun for all ages. The park also has a playground and skateboard area adjacent to the jam area. Adult supervision is required for playground use.
